Learn the why.

Interactive modules for nursing students and new-grad RNs, taught like you’ll be asked: anatomy you can tap, scenarios you can answer, and a reason beside the steps.

Tap to learn the why.

Every module teaches the reason behind each step. Try one: choose a structure to see what it is and why it matters, then switch on the wrong path to see where a stray tube ends up.

From the nasogastric tube module. Schematic, not to scale. Draft, pending clinical review.

Choose a structure, or tap a numbered marker, to see what it is and why it matters.

Know what backs each claim.

Every block in a module is labelled by what supports it, so sourced statements stay apart from practice that depends on your facility or your device.

Draft, Clinical Review RequiredNo module has been signed off by a clinical reviewer yet, and nothing here is presented as clinically approved.

Each module lists its candidate sources for the reviewer in the app’s evidence library (20 sources so far). They are listed for review, not as proof.

  • Supported by cited source

Matches the text of a cited source that could be read. Still awaiting clinical review.

  • Candidate source, not yet checked

A source is listed for the reviewer, but this statement has not been checked against it.

  • Facility-dependent

Practice varies by institution. Your facility policy and orders decide.

  • Device-specific (IFU)

Depends on the manufacturer's instructions for use for your specific device.

  • General teaching

Standard teaching with no specific source attached yet.

Good questions.

Does NurseEd replace skills-lab training or my facility's protocol?

No. NurseEd is for nursing education only and is not a substitute for supervised competency training or institution-approved protocols. Facility policy, provider orders, and device instructions take precedence over anything in the app.

Is the content clinically reviewed?

Not yet. Every module is marked Draft, Clinical Review Required, and no clinical reviewer has signed off. The app says so beside each module, and it labels each statement by what supports it.

Does NurseEd store patient information?

No. It never collects or stores patient information, so keep every record in the health record. Your learning progress stays on your device, and your account holds only your email and sign-in details.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You sign in with an email and password (and verify your email) or with Google.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad, on iOS 18 or later.

When will it be on the App Store?

It is not on the App Store yet. The button on this page becomes a download link on the day it launches.
